OK, so this was the product (per the "what are you thinking" thread) - there was like 10 signs that you could flip through (you can see the plastic ring binders) - there were others like Hi Foxy! Call Me (with a line for your number).
A buddy of mine did the artwork. Yes, that's a medical tongue depressor glued on and printed with the logo 
There's a disclaimer on the back, about ticked off people, dates (or lack thereof) and unwanted pregnancies, hahahaha!!

Oh wait, now I see. I used to wear different ones and you can sorta see it the last picture, I thought you meant that.
The girls in my school had to protest for about 10 years before we were able too. Petitions, meetings etc. When I started you'd get sent home for wearing trousers...
