Mine was disconnecting but I changed my Mii and for some reason it worked...... coincedense?

yeah thats happened to me a couple of times but sometimes that doesn't work.

I just had 2 games there and both times i was winning and both times it knocked me off. It seems the 'servers' are down again.

I get the error code 98020 a lot of times when searching for opponents and sometimes in the matches it says connection lost.
