Differences

What are the differences between the North American Version and the European version?

I'm particularly interested if they connect to different servers for multiplayer (I'm guessing that they do to reduce lag).

Im not sure if there are any differnces or if there is a server. They might just both check with nitnendo to see if your on each others list or whatever then match you up thats why it says something about connection quality before the match. I have played against 1 person from Puerto Rico and im in the USA and i only had 2-3 stars it flucuated. And I guess it dropped to 2 stars because sometimes I could play normal others I would be jerky and laggy. Besides North American being NTSC the others are probaly Pal that might be the other differnce. Not sure tho its a good question.

Anyone know?

Yes Different Servers you could vs me cause Puerto Rico is in North America when your talking abour regions. Europe people vs people in europe and North america people vs people in north america

I think we are on different servers cause the wii is region locked so there will be a euro server as well as a US server cause we can only play people from our region.

I suppose I could just bust out my networking skills and really find out where the wii is connecting to... but I'm just too lazy.
