How do you get the Super Abilities?

I want to know how do you enable the Super Abilities (I know it is with the C button), but how do you enable it or get an super ability power up in the game.

It seems random, but it there is a logical way? Thanks

you get powerups when you charge the ball to white and shoot it or your opponent hits you when you don't have the ball

to get your captains ability it's just random like the rest of the powerups but I have noticed that if it's your captain that charges the ball or is the one that gets hit without the ball it's more likely you will get the captain powerup

The game keeps getting harder as you progress inside the cup's tournament.. i made a team with the fastest runners and it is a little bit easier that way but still tough. Nice challenge and great game

If the captain gets fowled you get the power up
