The Rock Thunder Guitar is a new Wii guitar controller announced by Talismoon. Based on the Gibson Flying V, the Rock Thunder Guitar is compatible with all versions of Guitar Hero and Rock Band for Wii.
This wireless Wii guitar includes a five position switch for guitar effects and a tactile feedback strum bar. Best of all however is the Rock Thunder Guitar’s built-in motion sensor which means you don’t need to insert your Wiimote into the controller when playing Rock Band (but it is needed with Guitar Hero).

This unit requires a wiimote to operate. For Guitar Hero, you must put the wiimote in the guitar. For Rock Band, you use a separate wiimote to control basic game functions.

It deosnt say anything about a slider bar for guitar hero, neither does it look like it has one.

You must have a wiimote to use a wii, so it is not needed in the description (not to mention a wiimote comes with the wii)
