Yes i did a search but couldnt make much sence of anything i found, just want to confirm this,

Pictochat can only be used when there are people close to you with a DS and cannot be used to chat with people over the internet?

As far as I know, Pictochat only works when friends are near. Hasnt worked wifi with me. Its pretty cool, you can draw pictures and such and send em to people near. Im not sure what the radius is though. Laters =)
