Metroid Prime Hunters has chat in between matches I believe. Also Planet Puzzle League. Pokemon Diamon/Pearl were already mentioned. Not sure of others.

As far as I know, many games offer headset stuff, but Pokemon is the only one that offers it DURING gameplay.

The DS headset isn't wireless, it connects to the DS.
