Advanced Wars or Revenant Wings?

Im buying a new DS game and recently going to my local EB im australian) i saw 2 that interested me:
FF12 Revenant Wings
Advanced Wars Dark conflict (days of ruin in America)

I like the Final Fantasy games and have heard great things and i think I played the original a long time ago and remember I enjoyed it.
Which one would be better?
