Well, I'm looking for the longest, funnest game on DS.
I already have Mario Kart and Mario 64, but I'm noticing there aren't too many good games on DS.
ANy suggestions?

They have Zelda on DS? Awesome, I'm so getting that.
I need a REALLY long game, but it has to be fun too.

Get Elite Beat Agents, it rocks...
You will have fun platying it, especially if you like music, and it definetly isn't boring. It lasts quite a while if you tap in regularly, but notm if you try to do it all in one go.

notm is short for none of that matters I think. Also try metroid prime, it has a great online feature if you have a wifi connection.

I was thinking Zelda, Trauma Center, and like Zapasant said, Prime Hunters and Super Mario Bros.

Trauma Center is a fun game. I have completed it... however it was very tricky... If you ever get a wii try Trauma Center: Second Opinion... it has most of the same operations except Ch6 and a few extra operations... The X missions however are the same... After that would be good to try New Blood...

You can burn through it if you're on Easy, but on Expert it can get pretty frustrating and challenging.
I've had it since I first bought my Wii, and I've yet to complete every mission on Expert
But anyways... Great DS games (in my opinion) Include [and some of these have been listed already]
-Zelda: Phantom Hourglass (must have for any DS)
-Brain Age 2 (get smarter)
-New Super Mario Bros. (Lost track of the amount of times I've beaten it)
-Phoenix Wright (1 or 2)
-Elite Beat Agents (unbelievably fun)
-Kirby Squeak Squad (a little short, but good)
Plus if you're into Pokemon, you can pick up Diamond or Pearl.
(not really my style though)
And one Gameboy Advance game I recommend is called
Drill Dozer.
Seriously amazing.
anyways, thats my basic list

and This (by the way)
Is Blasphemy.
If you still want a few more suggestions, I'll do some digging and find you some truly awesome games. [rather than ones off the top of my head]

Definately get Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. I'm just about to invest in Advance Wars as well, it seems to be right up my ally.

I haven't heard very much about it... but if you're into sports games then that might be the one for you...
Personally I think its probably a game that is interesting for a while, but after that while has passed then No Bueno.
Other than that I think you're list is looking pretty freakin fantastic. You have a game to match just about any kind of mood you can be in... and just those games would keep anyone occupied for months.
That is unless you play your DS 24/7, in which case it'll be less
