My DS is freaky
i've had my regular ds since it came out in like 2005, or 2004 I forgot, and it's still working! When the screen messes up, 2 hours later, it's works, I forget to put it on charger overnight when it has no battery left, next day 2 hour battery left! Dropped it down my stairs (not encouraging anyone), not a scratch on it! wtf is up with my DS!

i had mines since the launch date and it still works and i remember i dropping it a few times on the concrete pavement while taking it out of my backpack

It should be durable, it's like a brick! This thread made me want to look at my original DS. It's right here at my desk... Still runnin' like new, and heavy as always!

Ohh man, I still have the "phat" DS too. I got it around release date; the blue animal crossing bundle. XD I only got a lite half a year ago or so, too, and I DON'T KNOW HOW I PLAYED THAT MONSTER! It's endured alot, what a beast.
