Super Princess Peach

I've already beat the game but I'm now going back and playing the extended levels. I'm having a hard time finding the puzzles pieces for puzzles E, F, G, and H. I have Puzzles A and B. I'm also missing a puzzle piece for C and D. Can anybody help me. Thanks

Now I'm missing the last puzzle piece for Puzzle D and i can't find the puzzle piece in 4-3. Where are these at. Thanks for the help
