It's the panasonic q.
It was release because nintendo signed a contract that allowed panasonic to use their gamecube technology, as they made the discs for them.

wow from the first picture i would of thought it was fake(like everyone else) but in lilwiiwii's pic it looks kinda kool... it looks like a cross between a fancy alarm clock and a game cube lol
