if they did that then whats the point in letting the Wii play GC games to begin with? it's easier just to buy the GC game and play it then download some copy.

plus wouldn't they go under VC not Wiiware?

the gamecube is almost 9 years old. it's been obsolete for 4 years. and even in it's prime the ps2 and xbox sold better. why would they make more games for this console?

the reason y I rarely play GC games in my wii is cuz I rather not waste time to turn the console on, wait for the start up menu, press A, click on tye dusc channel, then wait for the game to load and finally press Start. Besides that, its just wasting battiries and killing the enviroment quicker. The GC just starts it all up with a press of the white power button.

I agree, there's no point in making GC games now. The wii can do anything the GC could and (slightly) better. And you can still get most of the old GC games from online shops or Ebay or w/e

Actually, no, you can't play LAN/online GC games on the Wii, it has a much longer startup menu, slower loading times, and isn't as durable. The GC is quite better in some ways.
