You basically have all of them except Yoshi's Story and FZERO. If I were you i'd get FZERO, best racing game of its time

is gauntlet legends where you have like a warrior dude and he can throw his axe at enemy's and you have to destroy the generators so the enemys stop coming?

I was going to suggest Star Fox 64 over and over again because you can't have an N64 without SF64...
But one of my favorite N64 games was Wipeout 64...I thought that game was pretty cool
