Game need help needed (kinda)

Yes
I need help namein a game
What I know about it
  • Its on NES
  • Its a sports/olimpc game
  • It had smiler sprites to River ciy ransom
  • Its out in Japan (every thing was in Japanese)
  • The rules to every event alowed you to batter your oponant (hurdles allowed you to batter your oponants with a hurdle, Karate allowed WWE esc moves)
Any ideas
I had it on one of the 25 in one game packs

Sorry man. I really wish all games were released everywhere instead of certain regions of the world. Good luck finding the game.
