Opera Browser and DVD Function

1. Is the Opera Browser free or will you have to pay, Does Anyone Know WHEN the browser is coming out?!
2. Does the Wii play DVD's...I've heard the Wii doesn't but I'm not sure.

please, nobody respond to this, we have to let kids rely on themselves and their trusty MANUALS or USE THE SEARCH, instead of us wasting time again in replying...
