...and I would really like to be able to connect my Wii to it but do't have a clue on how to. I have no idea on these sorts of things, but my graphics card is an x1900xt and comes with cables which I'm sure are able to do something with connecting! But fi someone could direct me and if it's possible tell me what I need to do!

its basically a box that you buy that will allow you to plug in you monitor one side and you wii the other..... about £30

I believe your monitor only has an HD-15 (VGA) input. so in a word, no!

Is there a specific one I should look for?

depends on the max resolution of your monitor but they are all pretty similar
