It's ironic that this guy proclaims that what he wants is to make sure that mature games don't get sold to minors, yet he has a massive grudge against Take-Two and even wants to bankrupt them.

I'm not sure how things are run in America (in this instance), but here in the UK it is illegal to sell mature rated games to minors. Funny how he puts the blame only on the game developers, not the store clerks, parents or kids themselves.

It's because some parents are complete idiots. I think might be blind or they just don't care.
