New update! what the heck did it do?

I got an email today on my Wii saying the "new" Weather Forecast Channel was "just released" and available in an update.

This stuck me as strange, as the forecast channel has been on my wii for some weeks now.

There doesn't seem to be any change in the Forecast channel, so does anyone know what it did?

It now can create the weather.

I didn't get any such email so maybe it was a minor glitch?

didnt it have parental controls before?

lol vi3tmix, i wish it could create the weather, I'd tell it to lower the temperature a bit. We've had more than our fair share of 40+ degree days (105 degrees fahrenheit) already this summer in Australia!

just an update so parental controls can be used for news channel, have a loo you can lock it out now
