Hooking Up internet to the Wii

I was just wondering how all the different methods of getting the internet on the Wii work? Im really sorry if this has been done or is a dumb question. I just have no idea. I guess along with how the different choices work, i guess i need to know some choices 2. thx,

you have either have a wired or a wireless connection. the wired one needs you to plug in some cable to the back of your wii whereas the wireless just connects to your wireless router.

what kinda wireless router works best with the Wii ( like n, g) stuff like that. Sorry again Im kinda slow.

if you mean b or g it can use both. i am using a netgear router.

I use my wireless netgear router. Works perfectly.

I belive it only supports b.
But most routers are b/g compatible anyways.
For any more information, please use the search function, there is no question you can ask that hasn't already been asked before, and we do not need these useless threads taking up space.
