Wii power on question.

Hi, when I power on my Wii I get a warning screen first no matter what which I have to press 'a' to get past. I have just seen a video of a portable Wii (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=49945) and this warning message is not present.

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to disable the warning message or is this a differance between the USA and EURO Firmwares?
