is it possible to get a warrenty from nintendo?

My wii works fine, but i am concerend after the free warenty expires, is there a warrenty i can get from nintendo b4 it expires??? Just as a back up

I know if you register your wii it bumps the warranty to 90 days. Don't know about anything else though.

I got the extra warranty from Best Buy. 2 years for $40

you get a 1 year warranty with newly purchased systems, just call nintendo and ask
