USB memory stick compatible?
Sorry if its already posted hav'nt checked, but would a scandisk memory stick that goes into a USB port on my wii work? would i get extra storage space when its plugged in?

i dont think it accepts usb storage of any kind. they are mainly for future devices nintendo may bring out such as a microphone or headset.

ok then thanks, i guess i could just buy a SD card anyway, its just that the memory stick was cheep.

WOW, thats extremly cheep considering that they are usually 45-50 quid in the shops, 2gb card would last you till you got bored of ur wii!

You can hook up an external hard drive to the USB port. However you have to Format it in (FAT) not FAT 32 or NTFS
