Wii burning!

Whenever I play a Wii game on my Wii, not a Gamecube game, the pixels in the center of the T.V. go all heywire! What's this all about? I wonder if it's the CD, my Wii, or my T.V. Can someone please help!

Is the TV a Hi Def screen or not?
If so, Do you have the component cables?
Is your Wii in a position where it can keep the fan going without over heating?

My Wii does not have the component cables, and it is on a 12 year old T.V. It's on the side of my Entertainment centre. The sun hits it for about an hour or so a day. That's all. My Gamecube was in the sun for at least 4 hours a day. Nothing wrong there.

12 year old tv...so not hd?

I dont really think the amount of time it is in the sun matters, just so that the fans are clear. You should have nothing within 6 inches of the fans. I dont have a wii, but I am pretty sure there is one in the back and one on the side.

What game are you playing? I own Red Steel and it does that to at times during play (all other games are fine).
