No its a skin for the outside of the Wii, sorta like vinyl stickers without the glue. I will post picts of mine once I get it. I have used them on my IPOD and they are of high quality, but a bit of a pain to put on. Not sure how it will be with the Wii though.

I'm using a Zelda one that came free with the nintendo magazine in the UK. I also was using a classic NES controller one that came with it too, but it didn't fit correctly so I just took it off.
