I'll be playing on a 20" Sylvania tube. However, when I get around to finishing my basement this year, I'll be upgrading to a 40-50 inch TV (probably not plasma).

30" (I think) Toshiba in college. A bigger Sony at home. Couldn't shoot the pole for the heart container in twilight princess here. Had to go home and do it hehe.
46" Samsung LCD 1080p TV. Model LN-S4695d. Gorgeous TV. Gotta say, though, the Wii doesn't look THAT much better on it using Component cables rather than the Composite that comes with the system. Still a great setup in my opinion, though... couldn't be happier!
