Beacuse the people in the UK only get the Wii Play game if I am correct.

well one reason could be that he/she that bidded for it bought a secondhand wii that did not have wii sports in the package just the wii and controller.

I bought a case for my wii sports off of ebay. Best $6.00 I've ever spent I'd say. I've actually forgot now that it didn't originally come with the case. It looks so happy sitting alongside its buddies, each with their own home.

Make a friend at GameStop/EB etc. Those stores get quite a few demo boxes for upcoming games. I simply asked my old manager (I guess it helps that I worked at the store for three years) for an empty Wii box for my Wii Sports
