So I got a Wii this week and figured, why not build a Lego NXT Mindstorms robot to play Wii Bowling? I call it the WiigoBot.

That is one of the coolest things I have ever seen. And I thought I was good at robotics.

Impressive!
I want one .
I see it was on a continuous loop so every X amount of seconds it would repeat the command.
Really makes you think how far Lego has come. From some little company that makes plastic bits for you to put together, to a Massive corporation that lets you cheat even on the most new Consoles.
Oh, and makes you wonder what else you can do .

The first game it bowled a 257, and then it went down hill from there for a few rounds. The key was getting the ball to go as fast as WiigoBot would allow, after that it was really consistent.
I built the robot in a couple hours, and it took another couple of hours of tweaking the timing. I'll post instructions in a few days on how to build your own. It takes more time to do the Lego CAD work then to actually build the thing!
