Wi Points card

Does any one have any type of clue or ideal how it works?
If you buy a wii points card at the store will you need to have a credit card.
I am 17 and don't have access to credit cards and it will be a pain in the ass to ask my parents.
So I am hoping I can buy a Wii points card and get wii points with out the hassle of using a credit card...

It should work just like Xbox Live cards, which you buy with cash and the number on the card is what you enter, instead of a credit card. That's what the concept is; you don't have to have a credit card to download VC games or the Opera web browser.
