Mii is your personal avatar, or character profile. It's sort of like what the gamertag on Xbox Live is. You can save them to your wiimote and take them to a friends house. In some games, like WiiSports, your Mii can be used as your character.

Is there still going to be a basic built in camera in the Wii console?

Nope. A built-in camera is to expensive and movies on IGN showed us that there is no such thing as a camera. It would be fun though..

Oh well i'm sure Nintendo or at a 3rd party developer will release a camera that comes with sensor gloves that can be used in conjunction with the sensor bar to give a pretty fun experience in gaming!
