Wii play not working. Something wrong?

I just got my wii yesterday and i got wii play as a extra game. I played it and it was well till suddly it had a error and it kept on having it.
Someone pls help me!

Take wiiplay back if it doesnt happen with wiisports or any other game. If it happens on wiisports aswell, you should ring Nintendo

It says: to turn off power ,unplug AC adapter ,wait 5 mins then try again.
I tried that 3 times and it din't work

And another quick Question: When i frist started my wii i din't have everybody vote channels. Is that normal Or do you have to buy it??

Please don't double post and the Everybody Votes Channel can be downloaded from the wiishop channel, along with the internet channel.

You have to download it from the shop channel. It is free though.

its probably a problem with your wiis laser or you like to rub your discs in sandpaper and they're scratched up.

If the system told you to take the adapter out and replug after 5 mins it isn't the game. I'd get the system changed. Did you get the exact error or error code?
