what are the mii's exactly? i need a good explanation about mii's and what you do with them, how you make it look like you and stuff...

Mii is basically like an Yahoo avatar, just a animated character that represents you in games like Wii Sports and Wii Play, also when you confirm friends Wii-to-Wii, your Mii will be a part of your friends Mii Channel, and vice versa. The Mii Channel is where you create and edit your Mii, also where you can pick through your Wii friends' Mii characters and send mail. I am sure there are many other uses, but I've only had my Wii for about a month now so that's what I have learned thus far.
