Indents around CDs

Can someone please take a wii cd and feel around the edge of it, and let me know if you feel any indents. Because all 3 of my wii cds do have indents in it, and id like to know if its my wii doing it or if its normal.

Alright well i bought madden today and i checked the disk before i put it in the wii. It has those indents too. So its nothing to worry about (although sometimes i wonder if thats what causes the noise.

its to detect legitimate games and it shows the wii how fast the cd should turn.
