Playing Big Brain Academy (NTSC-U)on 3.0J or 3.0E

Does anyone of you tried to play BBA (NTSC-U) on 3.0J or 3.0E Wii and it works? Because this game semi brick a wii if you are on 2.2J or 2.2E since now 3.0 was released do you think it will work now without bricking a wii out of its region?

I can think of some easy games ( Like tetris and some other in that direction ) that can be free but the majority will cost money.
