Wii Remotes Staying Connected

My Neighbor has a newer Wii system and when he uses hi system and use more than 1 wii remote it is already added on my system i ave have to go through the process of adding more and waiting for it to come alive

How can i fix mine like that ???

stay connected

My neighbors Wii sytem ,his 2 remotes always stay connected on his ssytem, on my ssytem I always have to got to "add a remote"
to get the second controller to work

why is that

Open the battery cover and press the red button, then open the SD card door on the front of the Wii and press the red button in there. That will sync your other remotes to your specific Wii console. This it the more permanent alternative to the temporary sync that you do from the onscreen menu where you press 1 and 2 together.

This does work but make sure you press the red button on the console before the one on the wiimote!
