missing VIP code

as I said on my introductions message in the intro thread of the forum, I just got my wii. I was also told by the nintendo wii website, that I would get a special PIN code that gave me access to their VIP section of the nintendo europe website. This code was supposed to be inside the box for the wii. However, my wii did not come with this code. Does anyone know what I should do?

I think that the code for the points was placed somewhere within the manual (booklet) package. Make sure you check there for the card.

I just checked inside all the manuals, and nothing was there. can you suggest what to do from here?
