How much memory will be needed?

I'm trying to decide how big of a memory card to get for the Wii but i'm just not sure how much space saving and other things like that will take up. I don't play to store photos or music and i'm not planning on dling too many VC games (thanks emulators). How big of one do you guys recommend?
