u noticed how the Vii version 2 has changed their d-pads because it copied the patented nintendo's "cross d-pad"
they also changed the model to avoid being sued lol

It's not like Nintendo's d-pad is a closely guarded secret or something. I think they just made this one different to make more money. Kind of like the real Nintendo does with their handhelds.
