Sometimes, the official website of the game contains a manual. If not, go to gamefaqs.com , type in your game, and then they should have walkthroughs for the game you're looking for (and in walkthroughs, there's always a "how to play" section!)

Most aren't online except for the actual Wii Manual. I'm sure you could always buy one from a game stores used games or eBay, you'd probably have to buy the game online though.
I just suggest putting the manuals higher from now on.

if that doesn't work try just typing in the game you want with manual at the end in google or something. that might work.
