Getting a Wii in January....

Hey, im in Australia and as many of u know, the wii comes out here on december 7th. I would camp outside if i could but unfortunately in one week time, im going to india for holidays. Ill be coming back around a quarter through January, do u think that another batch of wii's would have been sent to Australia by then? Do u think that its safe to wait till January?
