Wii Friends

I'm not sure if this is a problem but I have to figure out why my Wii is doing the following:

I've added around 10 Wii Console Friends to my adress book but it will only let me send messages to this one guy.

The other 9 have added me and I made sure the friend code I distributed and the friend code they gave me were correct but it still doesn't let me send messages.

Any idea's what's happening here? (Some other folks have had this problem as well)

you may have to wait a while for it to update. If anything, hard boot your wii. Hope that helps

I'm having a bit of difficulty with the Mii Parade. I have 30+ people in my address book, at least 5 or 6 of them have registered me so they appear in black. I know they all have quite a few Miis, yet whenever I go to check the parade its completely empty. Every once in awhile I will see one walking around, on rare occasions two, but never anymore and most of the time its empty. So, what's going on? As long as you are both registered, Miis on Mingle, Parade settings on Travel, and Wii in at least standby mode you should see all those users have to offer shouldn't you?

Problem With GameCube Controllers

When trying to play GameCube games in the Wii none of our three Gamecube controllers work. Two of them are genuine Nintendo controllers. When the screen saying "press A to cotinue" comes up, pressing "A" on any of the three controllers does nothing. We have tried any and all three controllers in all of the slots and still no luck. Tried shutting the power off and restarting and also tried the reset button. Still no luck. Upon checking the Nintendo sight as to how to "hookup" the controllers (which doesn't take a rocket scientist) it said that the port closest to the memory card is port 1.........yet on my Wii.......the port with 1 dot under it is the port farthest from the memory card and the slot next to the card has 4 dots under it which to me signifies its port 4. Makes sense to me that left to right should be ports 1 through 4. Anyway that is probably irrelevant to my problem.

Thanks in advance for any advice

Z

Edit....mikeylikesit solved it for me.......have to use the Wii remote to navigate to the game first and then the GC controller takes over .......thx MLI

I found a way but its not very practical.

Load the mp3s you want onto your SD card with at least one photo. Put the SD in your Wii and start up the Photo Channel. Start a slide show and press A and go to settings. From there you can select music and listen to your mp3s. There must be a more practical way than this but this works for now!

Not sure, I found the actual file on the computer and from there dragged it onto the drive.

HELP!!! HELP!!! HELP!!!

My Wii has died!!!!

I have had trouble connecting to the internet so I changed the broadcast channel of my router, and now the Wii doesnt come on at all!!

The blue light comes on and I can hear the disk spinning, but no signal is sent to my TV. I have unplugged and replugged each of the Wii cables and changed the SCART port it is connected into and nothing.

Does anyone know how to fix, or perform a hard reboot on the Wii?? WiConnect24 has been on, but I have never been sure it is doing anything (my Wii connects intermittently) so it may of downloaded and update and died.

If anyone has any clues, please let me know.

Wii Blue Light

Is the Blue Light supposed to stay on? Mine just flashes for a split second when i turn it on and thats it. Also, has anybodys wii ever frozen? My wii has frozen at last 5 times now, at the wii shop channel, internet channel, and 3 times in call of duty 3. When It freezes I have been forced to unplug it and plug it back in.
