Wii Troubleshooting

Hi ... just pluged in the wii , hooked up the weather and news channel , I do not get why it do not hook up to the shoping chsnnel can any onr help , I've got the internet weather and news so what ...please help !!!

What happens when you enter the shop channel?
Do you get an error message?

Yes I get 32002 and sometimes 32004

Ok. It seems you have a weak signal or something is interfering with your wireless network.

Try these things:
1. Move your router closer to the wii (but not closer than 1-2 meters)

2. Change the wifi channel in your router and wii, if you have the standard 6, choose 1 or 11 instead.

3. Check what encryption you use in your router. Set it to be WPA-PSK if it's not and recreate the internet connection in your Wii.

4. If the above fails try setting the IP & DNS manually in your Wii.

5. You could also check your routers MTU value and change it to 1500.

anyone know how to activate the second remote when playing the NBA live09? I cannot figure it out...it must be something very simple...

you need to know the IP adress of the router and login to it using your browser. It's good if you at least know a little bit about what you're doing. You can get more detailed help by obtaining the Wii tips & Tricks report from theultimatewiiguide.com.

I've played NBA live 09 with two remotes without any problems. It worked like in any other games. Are both remotes working for you in the Wii main menu and in other games?

Yeah I had to start a whole new connection because there was no other options. The wireless networks showed up, and I believe it was in green. But when we tryed to test the connection we got an error code, 51330. And I dont understand why?

Try to upgrade to the latest firmware to your router. You could also do a complete factory reset of the router and setup the wifi configuration again. Make sure you have mixed B/G mode enabled.

I played the Wii on Sunday morning for about an hour or so with no issues. When turning it on that night I did not get an image on the screen with the power on. Along with this, the console would not eject the game that was in there. When pushing the eject button, it would blink once and that was it. Any ideas on how to fix or what the problem is?

hi guys m havin wii 3.1e version...got it 6 months back 4m dubai...i got my wii moded..da games were running fine except a few like fifa...

now recently i went to da game shop and saw many new wii games there..i tried dem on my wii...bt none of dem were working..i tried bout 8 games and out of dem only 1 one worked..all oder games were showin da update warnin wenever i inserted da game cd...

plz tell me wat shud i do..i want to play new games..bt i cant..somme help me...

Hi there,just joined so sorry if this has been asked hundreds of times! My son and his mate were playing Lego Batman,when an alarm went off on the console,we switched it off/on a couple of times,and all ok,so.....what happened? Any answers would be great,thanks!

I think that happened to me once. I've had my Wii since launch. I don't think it should happen often.
No I do not know exactly what happened.

the little yin got lots of new games for her wii 10 intotal from all the family at xmas and uh oh only 2 work never been internet connected just reading threw some old threads do i need to update software with what cables and can i use the same link as my computer???any help would be great

so you bought 10 games in total. and only 2 of them work offline ( i.e no internet connection needed)???

what happens with the games that dont play? any message comming up ?

no messages just scans the disc for ages and ages then ill try another it scans for agaes i have an internet connection just never done it never knew it needed 1 just put the games in and nowt

nonono you dont need a itnernet connection to play any games. only games with the blue circle with the letters " WiFi" are able to be played online aswell.

sounds to me that your lens might be a bit dirty. but i will let others come in here and comment on your situation before going to the extent of cleaning the lens
