i want a classic controller... but i don't like how it has to be plugged into a wiimote.. it'd be annoying to have it just sitting there next to ya, it should be like the wavebird

If it were wireless, it'd probably cost $30-$40. But yeah, they should at least have the option...I'm sure people would buy it for a price like that.

I wish all games would let you use it because too many games have useless waggle in it. But it seems like the best games are using it less and less (a sign?).

Check out this bracket from Nyko.

http://www.nyko.com/nyko/products/?i=112

I might end up getting one if SSBB is easy to play with a classic controller. Would be a lot cheaper than buying a wavebird. I really wish nintendo would put them back into production.

that product seems like the first step to fixing our problem.. but the wiimote would still weigh it down and make it annoying, even though its not that bad...
they should make a classic controller that syncs with the wii as a controller by itself so it doesnt need to rely on a wiimote..i'd put $50 down for that right away.. i like the old retro feel of controllers

I definitely see your point. But I play resting the controller in my lap anyway, so weight isn't an issue. Theres no reason to swing around the classic controller.

If they do make classic controllers like you're asking for, I hope they bring back wavebirds too.

MX vs. ATV: Untamed has an option to use the classic controller as well.
