I think that they will continue making games like that until they stop selling. Dont fix it if its not broken

They didn't get stellar reviews, but I actually enjoyed Sonic Rush and Sonic and the Secret Rings.

Getting back to the topic, I agree with Bliss for the most part. I do think Nintendo should make some new IPs. But I also believe they you should stick to the classics for the most part, because they're classics. I just think they need to try and make some new new, innovative IPs, so they don't over do the classics.

Thats just so far! There was over 20 "new commers" on the GC and that was the least supported console by Nintendo in terms of 1st/2nd party games.

It's Not that Nintendo doesn't come up with new idea's. It's just that the old ones are still so good when they are re-done and re-invented that it blows away any new commer not even really giving them or anyone else "3rd party" a chance to beat them.

Why mess with success? They are the Best overall selling publisher in the market, so they have to be doing something right! They have already sold well over a BILLION games total under the Nintendo name plate.
No one else in the world can even claim a 1/4 of the total sales that Nintendo has done, even the ones as old or older than Nintendo. And this is just on there own consoles/handhelds not multi platform games its astounding!

They are the McDonalds of the Gaming industry. You might not like the Resturant or maybe specifically the Big Mac, but it's still the best selling hamburger and most profitable Resturant Chain in the world, and I doubt it's gonna change anytime soon.

the wii is still young. i hope they create a character for a cartoony fps. but i think they still have great games with with the characters they have now.kingdom hearts with nintendo characters could be cool. maybe a nintendo based mmo (i heard other people talking about pokemon and/or zelda mmo).

A Nintendo FPS would be a great addition to their line of games. No, not a Metroid Prime type of FPS, a REAL FPS without all of the confusing puzzles and crap. I mean, I could live without a Halo or COD4 on the, but FPS is still one of my favorite genres and a casual one would be all I need for the Wii, I have my 360 to satisfy my hardcore FPS needs.

halo wars is a dumbed down RTS that is shallow compared to others for the 360. why would you want this on the PC to play when you have every other RTS out on there?

Its like if Ford stopped making the Mustang or Chevy discontinuing the Corvette. It would be foolish and bad for the company. There will always be a demand for these cars.......And these Nintendo games. The numbers show everything.
