Well.my wife waited 3 hours at Gamestop for the ups truck to show up. The manager just told her that he got in 4 ps3's but no wii's....this sucks

nobody. seen that slashdot article on people trading their ps3's for wii's, even at a money loss? I got a kick out of that yestarday.

oh yeah, buddy of mine who works at walmart had a PS3 on the 24th. asked me if I wanted it, because nobody else will!! hahaha.

Well. My mother told me I couldnt go tomorrow because she's taking my siblings to some museum, so I hope I get lucky on Friday.

Now, i have the worst luck in the world. It's a proven fact.

Ah well. My grandma was down in NJ visiting relatives and she went yestarday and didnt find any. I gave her a lecture a few days ago on HOW to acquire a wii while wii hunting, and she ignored me, and got screwed. Bah grandma!

At least I'll get to play one tomorrow. That will either catalyze my need for one or sate it for a while 'til i actually do :-P

I don't know about bad luck really.

last week I was the number 18 in line @ target, camped out for 4 hours to find out that they only had 15 available.

then 3 days later, walmart calls me to let me know they have one ready for me but I missed the phone call, they ended up giving it to the next person on the list

I've been close, but damn bad luck!

I wish KB would sell just the system and not those dumb bundles, bah.

Thanks to everyone on this forum for supplying all the info on where to get the Wii. I was able to walk into a Target this morning and get one of the four that they had left. I called the Target before I went and they told me they didn't have any and don't know when they will get any, but after I read people got them from Target today I decided to go anyway. Sure enough there were 4 Wiis just sitting there on the counter in the electronics section. This was in the Target on Stevens Creek Road in Cupertino (South Bay Area) around 11:30AM this morning. Good luck to everyone in their search for the Wii!

i highly doubt walmart would keep a list.

not all walmarts do, this one does and I'm certain of it since my friend is the co-manager of the store (that's how I got on the list )

bah.. i tried today, hit up Gamestop at about 12:30, nothing, went to TRU, nothing, then EB Games, hadnt had a shipment since christmas, oh well hopefully during the next couple of weeks a wii will be easier to find

Well, I was browsing here last night and read that the Great Mall of Bay Area's Gamestop had them after they told me no wii's until next year. Very angry.. anyway, i went back here and some mention'd some targets had them, so I bolted up to the target up the street from me around 1230.. Walked in, I saw someone had one in there cart, so i ran towards electronics and Va La. Five Wii's sitting there TY so much.
