does anybody know that if the sunday stock at BB is going to include Wiimotes? i'm desperate for one- i have 1 wiimote, 2 nunchuks, and 1 classic controller

Got a Wii at target today in Ithaca NY.

Well, Wal-Mart told me today that they may have some coming in Friday at about 5 PM. I don't know if that's just for here or if more are being shipped, but I just thought I'd pass that along.

i got a Wii for xmas my mum was lucky to get it she got 1 of 10 brought out at JB-Hi in Australian. the man at the shop at bigW said thay where all sold out in 10 mins

Got a Wii this morning. Stopped in at the GAME in London's Victoria station before work (at about 8:30AM) and was told they'd just heard that they'd be receiving 12 Wiis this morning. They took my name down and I said I'd pop back later.

Went in again at about 11AM and the first thing I heard was a member of staff telling somebody they'd sold out within 5 minutes. Fortunately, they'd held one back for me as I'd put my name down, so I was able to walk out of the store with one. Ironically, they'd sold out of Zelda, but did have Wii-motes and Nunchucks in stock.

All very surprising as I hadn't expected much stock to be moving between Christmas and New Year. I overheard somebody asking if they were expecting more units in tomorrow and they didn't know - apparently this morning's shipment had come out of the blue. Sounds reasonably good, though. If you do stop in there, be sure to be nice to the staff. I've shopped in GAMEs the length and breadth of the UK and the quality of the staff vary, but the staff in the Victoria branch are far and away the friendliest and best informed I've seen.

I got my Wii 2 days ago at the World Nintendo Store. Just as a suggestion to anyone who can get there I arrived at 6:00am and I was about 60th in line and they had somewhere between 100-200 Wiis. I hope this helps someone.

Today's the day. Going out in an hour and a half to camp target's parking lot, then to camp their customer service until the shipment is fully unpacked. Shouldn't be too hard. Hope there are wii's. If not, I think I'll cover two stores in the mall (gamestop/eb) while my mom gets my sister stuff. All of it is timed perfectly too, cause then i go right over to a friends (who has a wii) and if I do get one, right back home, where there will be a wii too! What a weird birthday.

Further to my last post, I just went out to check the big flagship stores on London's Oxford Street for a copy of Zelda. No luck whatsoever, but the huge HMV there had a *large* number of Wiis in stock. Enough that they actually seemed to have lasted through the initial rush to the tills when they hit the shelves. It was an hour ago that I was there, so I can't speak for the situation now, but if anybody's working in Central London today, you might want to try it.

i'm going to the mall today b/c its easy to tell if stores in the mall are getting a shipment b/c you see a UPS guy walking around the mall with a big cart. So I will stalk him like i'm playing sneak king lol
