Maybe true about TRU but I feel I have a better shot with BestBuy/Target just because they have been getting regular shipments in.

And yeah, I'll more than likely call the Targets around here again in about an hour or two and post an update.

As for 34.99 games...does that include Zelda?

Yep, that includes Zelda! But it's not all Targets for some reason, so check first.

The reason I encourage you not to forget about TRU is that they are the official wii release partner and are thus slated to get many more units than Target, BB, etc. I kinda fear that Target got its big initial shipment from Nintendo and might not get such large amounts in the near future.

This could all be BS and the launch agreement might have just applied to launch amounts and not current shipments, but I just have a feeling that Nintendo will be looking to take care of TRU.

Nope. I saw the marked down Zelda's when I was lurking about Target yesterday. I didn't have the heart to buy one then, but I think that I'll go pick one up today. The Target that I went to last night, didn't have them on sale though.

I don't know what to do about TRU...

I called yesterday and the woman said that they usually get them in between 1pm and 3pm and that i should call back today between those times...

But today i called and talked to someone else and she said that she doubts they will get any today and that i should call back on Sunday (tomorrow)...

I'm lost...lol...i was gonna go up there today at about 1:30 and stick around a little while to see if they get any in but i don't know if it's worth it now or not...

Tabitty, if I were you and I was told that, I would just go there for the hell of it. If it isn't a hassle to get to that TRU, then I don't see what harm it could do just as a precaution.

IMO, Best Buy probably realized that they weren't going to get enough in to make it worth their while to hold them.

i have waited on hold with TRU for 12 minutes now. still no response. I have called all local targets, best buys and circuitcity's but nobody has anything or knows anything. this is so stupid. i wish nintendo would just release them all so we can get on with buying and playing our wiis. :/

I hate the fact that no one knows anything, whether it's a lie or not, it just annoys me the most whenever I ask "Do you know when the next shipment will be?"

itrackr isn't accurate for EB/Gamestop locations....it does tend to work for Target though.

I'm really close to giving up, but like I said it's the principle of it. I mean I'm old, I shouldn't have to play videogames, but this is trying the very fibers of my being.

It shouldn't be this frustrating.
