yeah, im leaving for a trip after i check the last couple of stores around 10, but i think im going to be able to convince my mom to take another swing by at least a few of those stores at around 2pm, hopefully any UPS/FedEx shipments will have arrived by then.

For me tommrow, its gonna be a non stop search for a wii. lol.

I have access to every of Best Buy's orders and no orders have been placed in Southern California (except for one place, but it was also 3 Wiis) and in Northern California (I only checked because I have family there). I also know parts of Arizona and Texas won't get them either. I think, however, Honolulu has some or is getting some or something. Whenever an order is placed, it usually takes 1-2 weeks to get the product. Also, the reason why Best Buy's probably don't have them on order are because they already got a shipment last week (I got a Wii, but I sold it, I wish I didn't, but it's not for me, long story). Nintendo are only making so many Wiis to go around, so I think Best Buy is done with Wiis until mid January. I'm probably not going to bother to check there.

Anyways, I think I'll go to Target first then TRU, and then Circuit City. After that, I'll try a bunch of random store.

Yep, same strategy for me, but after target i'm going across the street to BB to see if they have an early line started. Last year when there was the giant hype about 360, I ended up getting mine from BB, I showed up about 50 minutes before open and there was a decent sized line started. After about 15 minutes in line the BB worker came out and handed numbers all corresponding to the amount of units, and we single filed our way into the doors at opening and they handed us the xbox's 1 by 1. So i'm hoping they do the same for the Wii's this year. I guess we'll see, and good luck to everyone else hunting tomorrow. I hope at least 1 or 2 of us make it out with one tomorrow.

I live in Central California, and my Target and Circuit City stores are right next to each other. Toys R Us is a few blocks ahead of Target and Circuit City, so I'll check there too. Are there any specific times I should arrive at the stores?

Im just gonna look for them all day tommrow.

y not use craigslist and waste a few bucks more... i see some people on there that sells their wii for about $300. Sometimes if your lucky even lower. Instead of just wasting your time and gas trying to find one in stores. . This is just a suggestion

For the UK people go to www.johnlewis.com, they had stock earlier today, over 10 wii's instock. They are out of stock now but they get them weekly.

Montezuma ... which is poweshiek county. So I don't get to look a whole lot I live 1 hour from any major stores other than walmart. Which im hitting up walmart today most likely.

Anyone using iTrackr, has your Target's status changed yet to in stock?

I am using it. Mine still says out of stock. I called Target this morning and they said that they didn't get any in. I usually stop by the store at 8am, but after going so many times without them having them, I decided not to waste my time. I still think Wii's are only coming via UPS/FEDex.

Yeah, that's my feeling as well, I think I'll just try out BestBuy/Toys R Us.

So target at opening and walmart at opening left me empty handed again. Didnt surprise me, those were more of precautions. I didnt think they would have any since UPS wouldnt make rounds that early, i just wanted to make sure. Next its off to BB and TRU. Hopefully they will come through, all though, im not holding out much hope.

Are you going to try them at open? I might try Toyrus, but I'm not getting my hopes up. I'm thinking tomorrow there will be a lot of places that get them.

Yep, no luck for me at Target this morning either. They did have some PS3s though...damn. Gonna call GameStop from 10 til 11 or 12 to see if I have any better luck there.

So, did anyone go to the Nintendo World Store in Rockafeller Plaza in Manhattan??? I heard they have alot of Wii's there. I want to know If I should go there on Wednesday and @ what time

Hello it has been ten days since i have set out on the wii safari and still cannot get one. I have tried everything I call all the stores and they say there out so then i ask when will you be getting some and they say i don't know so this makes it immpossible to find one by calling. So then I tried getting to all the stores really early but still don't get any. So I tried online and ebay was the only place and it was 450 bucks there and i don't want to pay that much. Any Help would be Appreciated.
