Do you live in the U.S. if so all I can say is just keep trying stores all day and since Americans are so greedy you can easily bribe the person over the [hone for like $20.00 to hold one in the back for you.

No luck here at Target or Walmart at open. And when I went to compusa that my itrackr supposedly tracks, they didn't even carry nintendo products, only 23452345 xbox's and some ps2's. I'm going to hit up BB and Toys R us in a half hour, but i'm not really anticipating much at this point.

Went to target and Best Buy in Dadeland Center Miami, FL, None, there was a best buy truck but they said wii's come UPS. The other best buy i called and she said they didnt get a shipment TODAY. So im gonna keep calling every hour in case a UPS truck gets there.

Target: Said try in the afternoon.

3 Different BestBuys in my area: No, we did not get any in stock and we have none on order coming in.

Circuit City: None

EBGames: None.

While i was going to toys r us and best buy, my mom got the ONLY one best buy got in!!! Thanks to a little luck and all your guys help it finally paid off.

Your best buys actually got one? wow, and BTW people saying they dont have them on order, BEst Buys have no clue when they get them, they said its completely random, and they just come.

Prolly came in on UPS shortly after they opened. He was lucky! It is just a matter of timing...

Why cant i ever get luck, when i waslooking for a 360, i had to wait 2 weeks, get up early every morning and i still had to resort to online. Now with the wii its been two weeks, and i always miss them, i know theya re going to come this afternoon, and the best by employee will lie and say they dont have any.

Hehe...I'm in the same boat. Been looking for about a week now. I've been visiting stores like crazy. Missed a Wii by two minutes TWICE last week (both times on the same day, different stores).

Stay patient, keep searching. If you work hard enough, you'll find one.

TOYS R US!! They received about 6 to 8 Wii's this morning (from what I could tell through the security window) I called 5min before open, 9:55am, and the manager said "yes indeed, we're unpacking them now". I showed up at 10:05, first one there. Another guy showed up too to get one.

I'm in Charleston, SC. This was the north charleston TRU.

Target,Walmart,Circuit City,Best buy,Toys r Us,Compusa-All NONE for me. Toys R Us said Jan 13th, and all the rest said they didn't know. My only hope is EB and Gamestop who both said a shipment is due this week, so i'm going to be calling on the hour from 12-2 and hope to get lucky.

i just went on the 11 of dec to my game store not aware of the big hype about the wii and had the luck that there were anulation for 3 wii so i bought all 3 since they where so in demannd sold one to a friend for the 250dollars i bought it for the other on on a local ebay like site for a cool 635dollar my wii came free i dat way hheheheh

So im gonna go for Target, Toys R US, Circuit City, Best Buy, and Gamestop Tommorow

Well last thursday I knew one gamestop was getting some wiis. So I called after I got out of my doctors appointment (mom wouldn't let me skip) and they said they have a line longer than the amount of wiis they will get.

So I called the gamesop closer to my hosue to see if they could confirm et and they still had "no idea" and I had a feeling this will be the other gamestop to get them. So I went to wait for the shipment.

I was in the gamestop and tehre was no line. After two hours of waiting and asking if the shipment was here yet I asked for the wii-mote to play the zelda demo.

So about 30 mins after getting bored of the demo I turn around to go give back the wii-mote and I see someone paying for a wii.

I go and ask if they have nymore and they said nope we just got them in about 10 minutes ago and sold the 2.

I was a little pissed because I had asked continuosly for 2 hours and then when they come they couldnt even yell at me, there was only like 6 other people in the store its not like they were checking people out the whole time.

Yeah but the zelda one is fishing or this little stage where you can try out the items. If you go to play the demos (assuming you don't have a wii yet) you need to bring some id
