It doesn't work with Safari. If you are using Safari, try switching to Firefox instead. I had the same problem.

Just signed up and it said that three of 17 of my stores had it in stock and none have it is that common or what???

Houston, Tx (NW side):

Morning rounds:

Best Buy- Nothing there, nothing following a UPS delivery, no shipments since last week

Target- Longshot since there was a shipment yesterday, but had to try anyway. No sign.

Wal-Mart- No sign. Awfully close to a month without a shipment for a company that's so large across the country.

Afternoon rounds:

Best Buy- No improvement since morning.

Gamestop- Got 'em

. Walk through the door and the guy immediately says to me we got Wii's (recognized me since I checked in so much). I just rub it off and called it a freaking tease. Started looking around the store for some games for my nephew when I look over the counter and see 3 boxes different from their display boxes. Told me he got them in 5 minutes ago. Tried to rush my friend over there but he was late by literally 30 seconds. Roughly 10-15 minutes between stock to empty.

After so many attempts and close calls, I'm relieved. Yet once it's hooked up and I play for an hour or two, I'm probably going to have to sleep for 20 hours. Lost a lot of sleep wii hunting).

For those still searching in the area....
The following have already gotten their shipment this week: 15 at Target (tues), 6 atToys R Us (tues), 3-6 at Gamestop (weds).
Last week: 3-6 at Gamestop (tues), 15-20 at Best Buy (weds).
Fry's been missing a shipment, Wal-mart hasn't sold any in a month, unknown status at Circuit City and Comp USA. If I were still looking for one I would've made repetative runs over Best Buy. And also worth noting, Target threw me way off with their sales yesterday. They had them up in stock at opening following a govt holiday and a weekend, UPS doesn't deliver on the weekend. Either UPS managed to deliver before 8am or they actually had a shipment through Target trucks, because I'm sure they didn't hold them from Friday.

My mom went to Target for me while I was in school, (Nice I know) but they didn't have any. They said their truck didn't get in but they MIGHT have them tomorrow.

Congrats!! Although I warn you not to plan on getting too much sleep. I thought the same thing yesterday when I got my wii and I ended up playing until 1:00am!!

But I will tell you, that it was a great feeling to hear the alarm go off this morning and realize that I didn't have to go wii hunting today. I turned that bastard off and went right back to bed for a while...

That's not uncommon, especially if those stores are EBgames or GameStops. They are slow. What you are looking for with itrackr is a Target to turn from "not in stock" to "in stock". That's when you jump in the car.

My Walmart didn't receive any Wii's yet. They were scheduled to ship at 10-11 AM. They said they are receiving a late shipment of the Wii's this evening. Im probably gonna hop back over there at 3 and wait. Hopefully they will get some. Wish me luck you guys.

If you guys wanna know where its located, Its in the Eastlake Walmart in San Diego,CA.

Well I tried again during lunch. Again no success. This is such a pain in the ass.

Tomorrow is my last attempt. If I can't snag one during my lunch break tomorrow there is no point in trying again. I think my break just barely makes the UPS drop off time.

Last Thursday my Target had wiis in the morning, when I had called at 11 the last time they had 2 left by the time I got there they were gone.

If the same buying situation happens tomorrow I should feasibly get one, but no more hopes and dreams and no more calling. I'm done with this crap.

I hate having to submit to a corporation but this is ridiculous.

got mine today at walmart!!!
picked one up for a buddy too, but he found one at his walmart while i was still at work.
controllers and nunchuks were well stocked as well.

anyway, since my buddy got his im gonna sell the one i got for him to someone on this forum who i know would appreciate it.

Wow, what a generous offer!

So Walmart is allowing multiple purchases? I got my wii yesterday, but I can certainly think of several deserving people on this board who are still without.
